6 Delicious and Healthy Salad Dressing Recipes
Almost everyone we know loves salads, with or without dressing. Those who are on a diet, looking for something to eat when they’re starving, those who want to have a light dinner, or those who say that a colorful salad is a must for a sumptuous table… Here is a food that almost everyone likes it and can be eaten at every meal.
We will share with you dressing recipes that will add flavor to your salad, from sweet to tangy, suitable for every palate, and which salads they can be added to. Most store-bought salad dressings are usually sugar-sweetened and containing preservatives. It is possible to see completely natural ones on the market shelves, but unfortunately they are also very expensive. It is not difficult at all to prepare low-cost and healthy dressings in a very short time, with ingredients available at home, instead of spending so much money on a dressing or making your salad unhealthy with ready-made dressings.
You can store the salad dressings you have prepared in airtight sealable glass containers in the refrigerator. Just shake it a few times before use and pour it into your salad. How long dressings can be stored in the refrigerator depends on the ingredients. For example, a salad dressing containing avocado should not be left for more than 24 hours. Those made of fresh herbs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, and those with non-perishable ingredients for up to 2 weeks.
