How To Make Brioche With Jam?

Combine yeast, sugar, vanilla, warm water and 100 grams of flour in a deep bowl and mix well. Wait 30 minutes.

Add yogurt, oil, baking powder, and salt. Start kneading and get a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Knead the dough for 1 minute on the floured counter and divide it into 7 equal parts.

Roll each dough with a rolling pin in a rectangular shape, slightly larger than 1 span. Spread some marmalade on it.

Sprinkle raisins and chocolate chips on top. Wrap it starting from one edge.

Then turn it over and close the tip by squeezing it with fingertips. Turn it again and press it on the dough and expand it.

Leave some space at the top and cut it down from the middle.

Wrap the two pieces together like knitting.

Turn them into a round shape by twisting them inward.

Whisk egg and milk together, and brush onto tops and bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
