How To Make Light Fried Cauliflower?

First, cook the cauliflower, which you cut into florets, for about 10 minutes in the spring of boiling water. When you hold the cauliflower by hand, it will be in a consistency that will not fall apart. Put the cauliflower florets in a bowl and set aside to cool.

Put the milk in a deep bowl and break the egg in it, and after adding the salt, add the flour slowly and mix it. Coat the cauliflower florets by it and let excess drip off.

Heat oil in the pan, leave the cauliflower florets in the hot oil. After applying the same process to all the florets, take them to the serving plate.

After frying all, first pour the garlic yoghurt on the fried cauliflower florets, then heat the olive oil in a small pan and remove it from the stove, pour the red pepper powder into it and mix. Pour it on the cauliflower with yoghurt and serve.
