Tuna skewers;
Everyone hasn't the budget or time to go to restaurants all the time. But in a short time at home, you can feast on a delicious skewer with tuna that you can buy from your fisherman or market and a pasta with shrimp sauce. It's an easy and great recipe!

 600 g tuna fish
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp white wine
 ½ small tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp salt

First, cut the tuna into large cubes, put it in the marination sauce prepared with olive oil, salt, pepper and wine, cover it with cling film and rest it in the refrigerator. (between 1-2 hours is enough)

Cook the rested skewers on a "plancha" style grill if you have it at home, or in a heated cast iron or Teflon pan, by turning them as a grill.

If you wish, you can serve cooked tuna fish skewers with tomato sauce pasta, which you make from the tiny shrimps, and also with onion, radish, cucumber and tomato slices. Bon Appetit!
