Anatolian cuisine has a variety of soups and they have a very important place in tables. In this recipe we give the answer to the question 'How to make fish soup?' in the simplest and most practical way. You don't need to buy a different fish to make Fish Soup. How to Make Fish Soup?

First, we put the fish head and bones in a saucepan, add salt, pepper and 1.5 liters of water and boil for about 10 minutes. After cooking, remove the fish head and bones on a large plate and leave to cool. (It is enough for us to cook the fish in boiling water for 10 minutes, so the meat between the bones is easily removed)

While the fish head is cooking, we chop all the vegetables and add tto the pot where we removed the bones, close the lid and let it boil.

While the vegetables are cooking, we remove the meat of the fish head and bones that have cooled.

After the vegetables are cooked, we remove the orange slices and throw them away and shred the cooked vegetables in the pot with a hand blender.

Then add the fish meat, butter and lemon juice to the pot, boil for 10 more minutes, sprinkle the finely chopped parsley on top and turn off the stove.

Wait for 5 minutes, and then put it into the bowl and serve it with 1 slice of lemon. Enjoy your meal!
