Natural Yogurt Yeast;
There are many legends about making the first yogurt in human history. But instead of the story of these myths, let's talk about a few of the elements that ferment milk and turn it into yogurt. Put 20 chickpeas in a jar or a glass with a lid and add 1 glass of milk that has been heated to the boiling point.

Close the lid of the jar, wrap it with a warm cloth, and rest it in an environment where the temperature is maintained between 30-40 degrees for at least 12 hours.

When you open the lid of the jar after 12 hours, you will see that a layer resembling curd has formed on the fermented milk. Take this layer with a spoon and put it in a bowl. The yeast required to ferment the milk and make yogurt is now ready!
