 2 big potatoes
 2 medium onions
 2 eggs
 ½ cup olive oil
 ½ cup yoghurt
 ½ cup milk
 1 cup flour(add controlled)
 1 package baking powder

 Parsley and/or green onions(finely chopped) (you can add any other greens you like)

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
