How To Make Sautéed Oyster Mushrooms?
Chop oyster mushrooms in julienne.
Chop the onion and other vegetables as shown in the figure.
After pouring olive oil in a wide pan, heat the pan and sauté the mushrooms until they are lightly browned. Saute the mushrooms in 2-3 batches, depending on their quantity. Because if you do all of them at once, the heat will not be enough, the mushrooms will be watered and you cannot get the result wanted. I sautéed in three batches.
After you take the sauteed mushrooms aside, sauté the chopped garlic, onion and pepper slices in the same pan, after oiling the bottom with light olive oil, over high heat.
After sautéing the vegetables on high heat for 5-10 minutes, add the mushrooms taken aside, add salt and pepper and cook them all together for 5 minutes.
Serve sautéed oyster mushrooms with pesto pasta.
For non-vegetarians, you can prepare a delicious dish by adding chicken with curry sauce to pesto pasta. Bon Appetit!
