 1 kg cauliflower
 150 g onion
 3 cloves of garlic
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp black pepper
For curry sauce:
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp flour
 200 ml soy milk or water
 1 tsp curry
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp black pepper

How To Make Cauliflower With Curry Sauce?

We cut onions and garlic into small pieces and put then in a pan with oil and saute for 5-8 minutes.

We cut the cauliflower into tiny little flowers, add salt and pepper, and cook it together for 15 minutes stirring constantly.

While the cauliflower is cooking, we put 2 tablespoons of oil and flour in a large pan and saute it.

Add salt, curry and black pepper and mix, then turn off the stove.

After turning off the stove, we pour soy milk or water slowly and mix it constantly so that it does not clump.

Turn the stove back on and add water until it adjusts its consistency. When it boils and thickens, our curry sauce is ready.

Transfer the sauteed cauliflower into and mix.
