Chicken Drumstick Baked with Vegetables;

First clean the feathers of chicken and marinate them using half the species and oil and put them in the fridge.
** The trick to remove feathers from chicken without complications:

Then cut the vegetables as seen in the photo, sauce them with the remaining oil and spices, and arrange them on the tray on which you laid baking paper.
Take out the chickens you put in the fridge and arrange them on the oven wire rack shelf as seen in the photo.
Put the wire rack shelf on the top of the oven, which you preheated to 200 degrees upside down, and the tray on which you put the vegetables on the bottom shelf, and close the oven door. While the chikens are cooking, the oily sauce on them and the oils flowing from their skin will start to flow over the vegetables, adding a different flavor to the vegetables.
After about 35-40 minutes, when the chikens are browned, turn off the oven and remove them from the wire rack shelf by separating the wires with the help of a wooden spoon. Lay the chickens on the vegetables and serve. Bon Appetit!
