How To Make Fluffy Orange Muffins?
First, beat the egg and sugar in a deep bowl for 3-4 minutes. Then add the milk, orange juice and oil and continue whisking.
Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into another bowl and mix well. Combine this mixture with liquids, add the orange zest and mix it from bottom to top, from outside to inside with the help of a spatula.
The consistency will be like cake batter.
Divide the batter into the greased and sugar sprinkled muffin mold, with an ice cream scoop, if available, or with a spoon so that it does not overflow. Sprinkle your desired ingredient on it.
