How To Make Oven-Baked Potato Tortilla?
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
Peel and wash the onions and chop them as in the picture.
Combine the two ingredients in a deep bowl.
Beat the egg and salt well. Add milk, yoghurt, and oil to it and mix well. Then add the flour, black pepper and baking powder. Mix it well. Finely chop the greens you want and add to this mix. I couldn't add it because there was no greenery in the house at that time.
Pour it into the potatoes and onions and mix thoroughly until all the ingredients penetrate each other.
Pour the ingredients into the greased baking tray.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 45 minutes until golden brown. If you want to keep the oven stage short, you can also use boiled and drained potatoes.
Let rest for 10 minutes after removing from oven. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
