Cut the head parts of the cowpeas with knife. Wash and divide them into about 10 cm lengths.

After placing in a sauté pan and adding its oil and salt, cook it for 20 -25 minutes with its own juice and oil on low heat until soft, without adding any water.

During this cooking time, turn the cowpeas 2-3 times so that the bottom ones are on top and ensure that all of them are cooked equally.

Take the cooked cowpea on a serving plate. Crush the garlic thoroughly and add salt, olive oil and lemon juice to prepare the sauce, then pour it over them.
